I was that kid—curled up with popcorn, rewatching Oliver Stone’s three hour movie, JFK, until the VHS tape wore thin, dreaming of the day the government would finally unlock the secrets of November 22, 1963. Even before 2020, it was the one news related item that always piqued my interest. So when the U.S. National Archives dropped 80,000 files on March 18, 2025, with 10 articles up for grabs, I was excited. I hoped for a slam-dunk revelation—hard proof that our own government took out a President who dared to challenge their shadowy empire.. But here I am, sifting through these unredacted crumbs, and I must say that I’m less than thrilled. After decades of waiting, we’re still stuck in the same murky swamp, no closer to the smoking gun I craved.

I just want to know WHO SHOT JFK?

The official story’s always been a snooze: Lee Harvey Oswald, lone wacko, case closed. I hoped these files would blow that tired tale to smithereens, proving the CIA, Pentagon, and mob had their fingerprints all over Dallas. Instead, we get tantalizing hints—whispers of conspiracy—but nothing solid enough to nail the coffin shut. It’s like they’ve handed us a puzzle with half the pieces missing, and I’m tired of squinting at shadows.
