During Biblical Citizenship in Modern America, we learned from David Barton that there are 3 things related to the truth that was must adopt as part of our lifestyle in order to have any chance of Saving the Republic.
We must learn to love the truth no matter how uncomfortable it makes us.
We must commit to finding the truth by basing our research on original sources, and this isn’t easy or convenient to do nowadays.
We must have the courage to speak out and defend the truth no matter the consequences.
Act 77 in Pennsylvania was the horrific law passed in the fall of 2019 that gave us the dreadful no excuse mail-in balloting that we are now stuck with for the forseeable future. Based on the devastating outcome of passing that law, I would venture to say that if we could rewind the clock, almost every Republican legislator who voted in favor of it (which was all but 2 of them) would decide to change their vote.
As a result, there has been plenty of banter and widespread division among the patriot movement on who is to blame for the passage of Act 77 and what to do about it moving forward. The answer you get is based mostly on the perspective of the person you ask.
In the spirit of finding the truth, I decided to do a deep dive into Act 77 to learn more about its origins based on facts from the legislative journals (original sources), rather than relying on our politicians' perspectives, hearsay stories, and heated opinions.
