When I travel across Pennsylvania speaking and telling the story of the 2020 election, one of my main points has been that we had 120,000 more ballots cast than voters who voted in the election. What I’ve noticed is that most people are very confused by that statistic and almost always get it wrong when trying to explain it to others.
